Defects and Requirements Exchange with HP Service Manager and HP Quality Center enables you to perform the following:

  • Synchronize between Service Manager changes and Quality Center defects.
  • Synchronize between Service Manager changes and Quality Center requirements.
  • Synchronize between Service Manager problems and Quality Center defects.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Download Quality Center Synchronizer and install on your machine.
  2. Click Download Defects and Requirements Exchange with HP Service Manager and HP Quality Center and save the file on your machine.
  3. Unzip the file and install. For additional installation instructions, refer to the Defects and Requirements Exchange with HP Service Manager and HP Quality Center Installation and Administration Guide.
